MULTAN: A man was arrested on Monday night for blackmailing his ex-wife with fake revenge porn videos for money and circulating them, it was reported by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
According to FIA’s cyber crime wing, the woman had registered a complaint against her ex-husband, Muhammad Naeem Ansari, accusing him of blackmailing her with photoshopped indecent videos in an attempt to extort money.
She had claimed that he sent the video clips to her family and relatives when she refused to pay him anything. FIA started an investigation and arrested him after filing a first information report (FIR).
