Video footage of a Russian Tu-22M3 long-range bomber aircraft that crashed upon landing at Russia’s Olenya Air Base close to the Arctic has been released.
The video shows the pilot attempting to land the aircraft at the runway in ice cold weather and poor visibility. The aircraft’s fuselage splits in two duo to the force of the landing and the aircraft explodes in a huge fireball.
Three pilots died in the accident.
