The Toyota Indus Corporation, the Honda Atlas Corporation and the Pak Suzuki Motor Corporation have released a joint communique regarding the safety features in their vehicles.
They have assured their customers that the crash air bags in their respective vehicles will be activated within a period of two hours after any crash takes place.
“The airbags being activated after a period longer than two hours will not be more than 5 percent of all cases,” read the communique.
“We hope that these new safety standards will finally do away with the impression that the local car industry makes shoddy products and that they have no regard for the safety and well-being of their customers.”
