KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Saturday announced that the party will hold a rally here in the port city on October 18.
The PPP chairman was addressing a rally held in Larkana during which he lambasted the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led government.
He said that the puppet government should be sent home due to its many failures, including the deteriorating job market which had suffered massively in the past year.
He further said that a selected government does not come into power on the basis of votes cast by people and went on to ask the participants of the rally if they would support him in the campaign against the government.
“PPP will not let the centre take over Karachi, the capital of Sindh,” Bilawal said.
Earlier last week, Bilawal that the ‘selected government’ should step down before the end of the year.
Speaking on the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) march, the PPP chairman said that he is lending political and moral support to Fazl.
