ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur served a legal notice to Jamiat Ulema-e- Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman on Tuesday.

A day earlier, Gandapur announced to take legal action against Maulana.

Gandapur said that since the day of losing elections, Fazl has been giving incendiary speeches against the government and undermining it.

“If no response is received in the next 15 days, I’ll be left with no other option but to take legal action against the JUI-F chief,” he added.

“There is ample evidence to incriminate Fazl”, Gadapur claimed.

While replying to the notice served by Ali Amin Gandapur, JUI-F leader Hafiz Hamdullah said that these tactics are being deployed by the government to hinder the march.

“Send all the notices you want but nothing will stop this march,” he said.
