Khursheed Shah’s frontman remanded in NAB custody for 14 days

SUKKUR: The accountability court on Monday approved 14-day long physical remand of the alleged frontman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Syed Khursheed Shah and provincial minister Syed Awais Qadir Shah.

Zabardast Khan Mahar, the alleged frontman of Awais Shah is also the nephew of Syed Khursheed Shah. He was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Ali Wahan area of Rohri on Sept. 29.

NAB presented him before the AC and sought 15-day long physical remand.

The court instead issued a 14-day long remand and ordered the NAB to present the accused before the court on October 15.

NAB also raided his residence and factory office and during that confiscated important documents. As per the version of NAB, Zabardast Khan made many properties as the frontman of Khursheed Shah and Awais Shah.
