KARACHI: Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda met Sindh Minister for Local Bodies and Religious Affairs Syed Nasir Hussain Shah on Friday in his office and said that they both will solve problems being faced by Karachi together.
As per details, both political rivals joined hands when Vawda called on Nasir in his office. Both held a detailed meeting in which they discussed the shortage of water and weak sewerage system in Karachi.
On this occasion, Vawda claimed that problems of Karachi have been politicised while Nasir said that every help will be extended in this regard so the city can be cleaned of all garbage.
“Nobody will clean it for us, we have to take the initiative and see it through. Sewerage and cleanliness issues will be resolved,” Vawda added.
“We are well aware that Karachi is also facing a shortage of public transport, this issue will also be resolved,” Nasir added.
