Actor and politician, Urmila Matondkar has been continuously lambasting the Indian government for striping Kashmirs of their basic rights and revoking Article 370.

Matondkar said that her husband couldn’t contact his parents who reside in the valley.
“The question is not about Article 370 but the way that was employed to abrogate it. My father-in-law and mother-in-law stay there. Both are diabetic, have high blood pressure. Today is the 22nd day, neither I nor my husband have been able to speak to them. ,” she said.
