Police on Wednesday arrested a man for allegedly raping an 11-year-old in the city’s Moro town.
The man identified as Dadlo Solangi was had allegedly taken the minor girl to nearby fields where he sexually assaulted her.
The court sent the suspect on three-day physical remand.
The sexual predator was arrested after a first information report (FIR) was registered in the Moro police station, police said, confirming that the man is the survivor’s relative.
An initial report said the minor was raped; however, the police await the final reports which would be issued in two weeks.
