Bilawal, Marriyum criticise Tareen for announcing agricultural policy

ISLAMABAD:  Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday lambasted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen for announcing agricultural policy, media reported.

In the statement given to media, he said that Tareen is acting like a deputy prime minister of Pakistan and the way he addressed a presser on agricultural policy shows the hypocrisy of PTI government.

He asked that in what capacity Tareen was allowed to hold a press conference at the Press Information Department (PID) as this venue can only be used by ministers.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Marriyum Aurangzeb also criticised Tareen for addressing the presser at PID and said that this is a clear contempt of court. Tareen was involved in money laundering and yet he is a poster boy of PTI, she further stated.
