KHAIRPUR: Police have recovered the body of a five-year-old boy who was reported missing a day ago from the Muhabbatwah canal of the city’s Kot Diji area.
He had gone missing on Saturday while playing outside his house.
The father of the boy told media that he tried to search for him on his own but couldn’t find him.
Father of the boy further told media that this is not the first incident of child kidnapping in Khairpur. Previously, a three-year-old girl from Abid Colony was kidnapped. There are a few more incidents of this nature but they couldn’t get reported in media.
