BUNER: Body of a 19-year-old missing girl was recovered here on Tuesday. The deceased left her house after sehri for a madrassah, but later her body was found in fields at noon, according to villagers.
She was shot to death by unidentified armed men who managed to escape scot-free.
Police said that 19-year-old hailing from the main town of Buner left for the seminary near her residence, but she didn’t reach the seminary.
After a search, her bullet-riddled body was found on a roadside leading to the seminary.
The body was shifted to hospital. Police after registering a case against unidentified murderers have started an investigation.
