Wife of missing person threatens to commit suicide outside SHC

KARACHI: Wife of a missing person on Thursday threatened to commit suicide if her husband will not be recovered.

As per details, Sindh High Court (SHC) heard on a case pertaining to a missing person named Adil Bara who went missing four years ago. Family of the said missing person appeared before the court.

Adil’s family told the court that he is missing for the past four years and was abducted by the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs). Bara’s wife told the court that she is restricting herself in respect of the holy month of Ramazan but if her husband will not be recovered till next hearing she will commit suicide in front of the court.

Mother of Adil pleaded the court that if he has been killed kindly shows them his body.

The court, however, after seeking a report from the LEAs and adjourned the case’s hearing till August 8.
