LONDON – An anti-establishment movement is gradually taking root in affluent parts of London taking advantage of the continued uncertainty over Britain’s departure from the European Union, commonly known as Brexit, sources privy to the development have informed The Dependent.
The movement, which is gradually converging into a political party, is being led by business magnates from the Raiwind town of Punjab’s capital Lahore, who are reciprocating their fight against the status quo in British politics.
The party, which is yet to be named as of press time, has finalised is slogan ‘Brexit vote ko izzat do’ aimed against Remainers, which is designed to utilise the growing sentiments against the possibility of a second referendum on Brexit.
The Raiwind based party is hoping to announce its launch within the upcoming week hoping to participate in the European Parliament elections which will be held May 23-26.
Sources further confirm that despite being aligned against the Remainers, and having included resistance against a second Brexit vote in its upcoming manifesto, the Raiwind based party would be open to another general election taking place before the current October 31 deadline for Britain’s formal secession from the EU.
The anti-establishment party firmly believes that there is a political engineering going on in the garb of finalising a ‘Brexit deal’ and its leadership will fight to uphold the mandate of the public and demand respect for their Brexit vote.
