ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday extended its stay order till May 13, against the bail of a main accused Raja Arshad in Barrister Fahad murder case.
A divisional bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani heard the case challenging bail of accused from Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
Raja Arshad’s counsel pleaded before the court that no any court in the history had given such stay order without viewing the case record.
The bench could hear the case once his client was released on bail.
He prayed the court to withdraw its stay order.
However, the petitioner’s counsel sought some time from the court to give arguments in the case which was granted by the bench.
