SRINAGAR: Indian troops martyred two Kashmiri youth in Shopian district of Kashmir on Friday during a search and cordon operation in the area.
According to details, the two youth were killed during a search operation in Imam Sahib area of Shopian district. The operation was going on till last reports came in.
Earlier, an Indian soldier was injured in an attack in the same area.
An Indian police official claimed that the two youth were killed in a clash with troops.
Meanwhile, Indian security forces have imposed strict restrictions in Shopian district and snapped internet services across entire south Kashmir.
