A boy was killed while his sister was injured in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) after Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing from across the Line of Control (LoC) on Thursday.
According to officials, Indian firing in Nezapir sector of Haveli district killed 15-year-old Tahir and left his 12-year-old sister Tahira seriously injured. They said that the victims were standing along the boundary wall of their house when a mortar shell landed in their courtyard, killing Tahir instantly while his sister suffered a brain injury.
