The government has decided to paint militant training camps with truck art motifs in an effort to project a positive image of the country.

“Truck art just works,” said Rafay Hussein, one of the contractors specially selected for the project. “It’s inherently Pakistani. It’s exclusive only to the country. It’s vibrant. It’s a fun, positive energy.”

“We read so much negative propaganda in the international media these days about the presence of terrorist training camps in the country,” he continued. “It’s completely malicious and true.”

“This step will go a whole long way in presenting our narrative to the world at large,” said Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi.

“Hopefully, we can also increase the export of the products that these facilitates are churning out. God knows we need the cash.”

The students at the camps were also happy with this government decision.

“They say that dress for the job that you want,” said Akram, a student.

“So it’s good that they have covered our institute with truck art. I see myself driving a beautiful truck into a building some day.”
