The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government on Wednesday removed examination controllers of Kohat, Bannu and Abbottabad boards for failing to prevent paper leaks and cheating during the ongoing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations.

The controllers were removed from their posts by the provincial education adviser following an inquiry into complaints of paper leaks and cheating by candidates, said a notification issued by the KP Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED).

On Monday, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Abbottabad, cancelled the matriculation exam for Physics over paper leak after the exam began. The exam for the subject was rescheduled for Wednesday (today).
