KARACHI: Pak-Sar Zameen Party’s (PSP) Chairman Mustafa Kamal has said that people had high expectations with the federal government that it will revamp the local government system of the province but the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to the Sindh province had shocked everyone.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he said master plan for Karachi already existed and Karachi package of Prime Minister was to delude the province people.

He said: “PM re-inaugurated a park that was built in 2005 during my tenure. Kamal alleged that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) provincial government had distributed all the jobs to their own people.”

He said that the Sindh government had a discriminatory attitude towards the people of Karachi that would cause a negative impact on the political party.

He also criticized Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan as saying it won 11 elections and was involved murdering several innocent people.  The PSP chief demanded of the authorities to transfer the powers to local governments as per the constitution.
