SOHBATPUR: A pitiless man tortured to death his teenage daughter for honour here on Sunday.
Police said that the accused hailing from Sohbatpur city of district Sohbatpur was suspicious about the character of his teenage daughter.
The wicked culprit brutally tortured his daughter injuring her critically and she died before shifting to hospital.
The culprit fled the scene after committing the crime. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
The police after registering a case against the murderer started raids for his arrest.
