Speaking on the occasion, PPP Youth Wing District Jacobabad leaders Jehangir Khoso, Sajjad Ahmed and Bahadur Mugheri said that Islamabad police had baton-charged PPP workers and arrested some of them in Rawalpindi in a bid to please their lords.

They said that action against PPP workers was a condemnable act on the occasion of the appearance of PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

They said that the days of Imran government were numbered. They said that PPP leaders were honest and were not afraid of political victimization by the PTI regime.
