Pakistan envoy asserts dialogue for Kashmir in Beijing

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan embassy on Sunday held an opening ceremony for the student forum in Beijing, China. More than 400 students from different universities and departments attend the opening ceremony at the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Embassy.

Ambassador of Pakistan in China Masood Khalid said Pakistan released Indian pilot Abhinandan as a gesture of peace during Pulwama tensions.

“The world appreciated Pakistan step toward peace in the region,” he said, adding only dialogue can help resolve Kashmir issue.

“China government gives most of the scholarships to Pakistan. China gives job opportunities to Pakistani students in Chinese companies around the world. Under the CPEC project, 75,000 thousand jobs generated in different sectors,” he added

There are 25,000 students studying in different programs in China. Although 7,034 students perusing studies on scholarships. Total 6, 156 students in PhD programme, 3, 600 in master, 11,100 in bachelors and 3, 000 thousand in short term programmes.

There are 6000 students doing engineering in different universities of china, 7000 in medical, 1900 in science subjects, 2200 in Chinese language and some students in different subjects like BBA, IT, and trade economic.
