India detains 70-year-old farmer for crossing border by mistake

ISLAMABAD: The Indian forces took a 70-year-old farmer in custody for crossing the border mistakenly.

According to details, an elderly man, identified as Muhammad Ashraf, was busy in farming at Working Boundary in a bordering village in Zafarwal sector when he mistakenly crossed the border.

The Indian forces took him in custody and declared him a terrorist. The Indian media continues with its efforts the innocent man as a terrorist. The Border Security Force (BSF) is displaying the elderly man as a terrorist on Indian media.

The family of Muhammad Ashraf has requested the government to bring him back to the country.
