RAWALPINDI: Indian Army undertook the firing in Bagsar Sector of the Line of Control (LoC), targeting the civilian population which resulted in injuries to two civilians Azmat Bibi age 55 years and Baba Jan S/O Ghulam Muhammad, age 75 years resident of Mera village.

Besides deliberately targeting civilians, India continues with false claims accusing the Pakistan Army of targeting civilian population across LoC in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK). Pakistan Army has many at times expressed its principle ethical stance of never targeting civilian population, being a highly professional force let alone already suppressed Kashmiri brethren across LoC in IOK.

“Deliberate targeting of innocent civilians in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) by the Indian Army shall never go unnoticed and Pakistan army will defend the citizens at all cost through effective and targeted response,” said an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement.

In the air and maritime domains, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Pakistan Navy (PN) continue maintaining a state of vigilance and alertness.
