Indian adventurism to be retaliated with full might: Shehryar Afridi

ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Interior Shehryar Afridi on Tuesday said that Pakistan wants peace, however, any Indian adventurism would be retaliated with full might besides exposing Indian war hysteria and atrocities against Kashmiris through a proactive diplomatic initiative.

Speaking in Senate, he said that Pakistan did not want to repeat the history of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. “The whole nation is united against India by setting aside their differences. The nation stands firmly behind the armed forces, he said. “India is trying to destabilise Pakistan at all levels,” he added.

He said that Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) is open for international observers, whereas India had never allowed the international observers to visit Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) to review the situation prevailing there.

He said that Indian claims of surgical strikes are false and only one person was injured and that too by a falling tree.
