KARACHI: Sindh Government on Saturday submitted the reports of joint investigation team (JIT) about the Lyari’s gangster Uzair Baloch and Baldia factory incident before the Sindh High Court (SHC).
The reports were submitted by Advocate General of Sindh on the behest of Sindh government. The court remarked that it would review the JIT’s reports to see whether they could be made public or not.
The Advocate General told the court that there is no JIT report about former Fisherman Cooperative Society’s chairman Nisar Morai.
The counsel of the petitioner said that Sind government had issued notification regarding the JIT report of Morai.
The court directed the counsels advocate to submit the notification on next hearing if it was issued by the Sindh government.
The counsel pleaded the court that JIT reports which are being submitted by the Sindh government should be confirmed from relevant departments.
