NAB to contact Interpol for extradition of Nawaz’s sons, Dar

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has once again decided to contact Interpol for the extradition of incarcerated ousted premier Nawaz Sharif’s sons Hassan and Hussain, and former finance minister Ishaq Dar.

The three high-profile individuals have been declared absconders by the court. According to reports, the accountability watchdog will contact Interpol via the Interior Ministry in the next few days.

Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, National Assembly Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif’s son Salman Shehbaz and son-in-law Ali Imran, former finance minister Ishaq Dar and son-in-law of former chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, Mustafa Amjad have been termed absconders by the court in several corruption cases.

The absconders are currently residing in different foreign countries.
