FAISALABAD: Armed robbers killed one and injured the other upon resistance during a robbery attempt on Wednesday, police said.
The robbers were engaged in looting citizens in Sahianwala police station jurisdiction in Faisalabad when two citizens offered resistance.
The robbers opened fire killing one citizen on the spot while critically injured another while robbers fled with the looted valuables.
The body and injured were shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital and the police, after registering a case into the incident, have started an investigation.
