ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of a case pertaining to the murder of Barrister Fahad Malik which took place in Islamabad in 2016.
ATC Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi resumed the hearing whereas the prosecution disclosed that police was unable to produce the case property on the day due to some special duties and urged for adjournment which the judge accepted and granted the same.
Two prosecution witnesses, investigation officers Muhammad Yousaf and Abdul Rashid were present in the court which had already deposed their testimony but the cross-examination was pending for the day.
Two eye-witnesses Malik Hussain and Malik Tariq had already testified before the court.
Three accused, including Arshad Mehmood, Nouman Khokhar and Raja Hashim had been indicted in the case.
The hearing was adjourned till February 6.
