Sindh cabinet to induct four new members

Sindh Chief Minister(CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday decided to expand his cabinet with the inclusion of four new members.

The new officials who are to be inducted into the provincial cabinet would include two ministers, one adviser and a special assistant into the provincial cabinet.

According to the details, the Sindh government decided to induct two ministers, one adviser and a special assistant into the provincial cabinet.

According to media reports, the provincial government had shortlisted the names of Arbab Lutfullah, Mir Nadir Ali Khan Magsi, Sajid Ali Banbhan, Qasim Siraj Soomro and Zia Abbas Shah for the slots for ministers, whereas Mir Aijaz Jakhrani is to be appointed as an adviser to the chief minister and Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi would assume the office of a special assistant.

The total strength of the updated Sindh cabinet will be 18 while the matter will conclude after an oath-taking ceremony that is to take place within the next week.

On October 15, CM Murad had inducted Taimur Talpur, Syed Awais Shah, Murtaza Baloch and Abdul Bari Pitafi into the provincial cabinet after an oath that was administered by Sindh Governor Imran Ismail.
