KARACHI: Farooq Sattar on Monday decided to file a petition in the Sindh High Court (SHC) against the removal of his name as the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s (MQM-P) convener, according to reports.
Sattar is also expected to file another petition regarding his expulsion from basic membership of the MQM-P, reports further suggest.
Sattar was removed from the post of party convener last year after differences within party ranks caused rifts.
