ISLAMABAD: A ban has been imposed on the use of mobile phones by airport employees at all airports across the country.
The chief operating officer of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has informed all the managers and officials of airlines at all airports in this regard, according to a notification.
The CAA said that airport employees use mobile phones in some sensitive areas of the airport too due to which a law and order situation could be created which is why such measures have been taken.
Under these orders, if anyone is caught using their mobile phones then strict action will be taken against him, the CAA added.
