RAWALPINDI: A plan has been evolved to construct five gates on the entry point of Rawalpindi city.
The gates will be constructed with the cooperation of the private sector and this project will start from Rawat T-Cross.
According to media reports, the project is aimed at beautifying the entry points of Rawalpindi and these gates will be of historical nature. These gates will be watched as a landmark and the private sector will play a significant role in the plan.
The five entry points wherein these gates will be constructed include Rawat-T-Cross, Karal Chowk Faizabad and Motorway Chowk on GT Road and Chakri Road.
