QUETTA: A large number of people on Wednesday offered the funeral prayers of the 26 deceased of the Bela accident in Tablighi Markaz area of Panjgur district.
Balochistan Minister for Social Welfare Mir Asadullah Baloch, senior officials of the local administration, tribal elders, relatives and a large number of citizens attended the funeral prayers.
At least 27 people, including women and children, were burnt to death and over five people had received severe burn injuries when a Panjgur-bound passenger coach collided with a truck in the Bela area of Lasbela district Monday.
The bodies of the deceased had been shifted to their native town Panjgur on Tuesday by Edhi Foundation under the supervision of Provincial Minister Mir Asadullah Baloch.
