PTI leader expresses fear for his life, family, assets

HYDERABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Umerkot district chapter’s leader Hafiz Noor Muhammad Samejo has alleged that he is being victimised after he lodged a complaint against a Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) local government representative.

Speaking at a press conference at Hyderabad Press Club on Sunday, Samejo said that he had filed complaints against alleged corruption of Haji Muhammad Rahim in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Sindh Anti-Corruption Establishment.

He claimed that he had survived an assault once but feared the loss of his life, family and assets. Samejo appealed to the Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) and other authorities to take notice and provide him protection while taking action against Rahim.
