KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Saeed Ghani on Friday warned the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government about restricting the entry of ministers in Sindh.

According to details, the PPP leader said that as the federal government has the authority to place names of suspects on the Exit Control List (ECL), the provincial government also has powers to ban ministers’ entry in Sindh.

He also demanded to place Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan’s name on ECL in the case related to properties of Pakistani nationals in foreign countries.

On the other hand, Sindh Senior Minister Nasir Hussain Shah also insisted on constituting a joint investigation team (JIT) to probe into the 16 fake accounts case against PTI.

It is pertinent to mention here that on January 10, the PPP leader and Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Law Murtaza Wahab had claimed that PTI is operating 18 undeclared bank accounts across the country.

The PPP leader also added that a report has been submitted by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) in this regard.

He said that PTI is operating 26 bank accounts across the country and several members of the party who were the principal and co-principal signatories of these accounts have been designated senior government ranks. He said that only eight accounts were declared to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). He had also lamented that the PTI-led government has been responsible for the gas crisis in the country.
