LAHORE: Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing on Thursday visited Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab Headquarters in Lahore.
Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab Chairman Lt General (r) Khalid Maqbool welcomed the Chinese ambassador. He also briefed the envoy about the activities of Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab.
The Chinese ambassador, on the occasion, said that China will provide full assistance to Red Crescent Punjab for establishing youth clubs in schools, colleges and universities as well as further enhancement of first aid and disaster management training.
The two also exchanged souvenirs after the meeting.
Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab Secretary Muhammad Zahid and programme managers were present on the occasion.
