ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry will visit Karachi on Monday under the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan and will meet the key political leadership of Sindh during his visit.
During his visit to Sindh, he will take into confidence important political figures of the province on the prevailing political situation. He will also inform them about government’s views on the joint investigation team’s (JIT) report in the fake bank accounts case. He will hold meetings with the leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).
During his stay in Karachi, Fawad will meet Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Ghaus Bakhsh Mehr, Amir Bakhsh Bhutto, Ayyaz Latif Palejo and other leaders.
Chaudhry will return to Islamabad on Wednesday.
