Sindh IGP visits Saddar church to offer Christmas greetings


KARACHI: On the occasion of Christmas, Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Sayed Kaleem Imam along with senior police officials on Tuesday paid a visit to Saint Patrick Church in Saddar town and offered Christmas greetings to Bishop Joseph and other people of the Christian community.

The IGP, after reviewing security measurements, said that Sindh police’s security arrangements providing strict security to minorities on their religious festivities are committed and courageous.

Bishop Joseph and other leaders of the Christian community thanked the IGP for his visit and prayed for the Sindh police.

Moreover, a large number of Christians living in Karachi visited churches in different areas of the megacity on the occasion of Christmas.
