PM to leave for Qatar by December end

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for Doha by the end of this month on the invitation of Qatar’s emir.

Petroleum minister, finance minister, foreign minister, secretaries and top functionaries will also accompany the premier during the visit.

Ways and means for bolstering cooperation in diverse fields, including trade, education and energy, will come under discussion between the two sides during the visit. Delegation-level talks will also take place.

Sources said that PM Khan and the Pakistani delegation will ask the Qatari government to review the Pak-Qatar LNG international agreement.
