KARACHI: Former Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah sought a pre-arrest bail from the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Saturday.

Shah had previously been summoned by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to appear on December 26 over alleged illegal allotment of land in Malir Development Authority.

The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader in his pre-arrest bail plea explained that allotment in the scheme has been cancelled.

The petition is scheduled for hearing on Monday.
