ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Sunday urged the public to use the complaints portal launched by the government in order to get an immediate response and effective resolution of their issues.

In a tweet, the prime minister said that since its launch on October 28, the complaint cell had received 172,000 complaints out of which 59,000 had been disposed of within 47 days and the rest were in process.

He said that around 29,000 people had given their feedback on the portal, out of whom 57 per cent had expressed 100 per cent satisfaction.

He urged everyone to use the portal so that the government could improve its service delivery.

For the ease of people, the PM also shared the link (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.govpk.citizensportal ) to download the mobile application and register their complaints, if any.
