We have been following Ranveer and Deepika’s journey ever since the couple officially announced their relationship and then when Ranveer said he is ready to settle down but was waiting for Deepika.

While he is upbeat about just about every aspect of his life, his marriage with Deepika Padukone seems to be the most defining moment of his life and he is thrilled about it.

The two tied the knot in November at Lake Como in Italy over a two-day ceremony.  Amongst an intimated gathering that consisted for only family and few close friends, DeepVeer sealed the deal at Lake Como after 6 long years. Their first meeting on the sets of Ram-Leela was surely a magical one.

Speaking at the India Economic Conclave 2018, Ranveer was upbeat about marriage and his relationship and said that he was “feeling like a superhero post his marriage; as if he was flying”.

Times Now, quoting Ranveer, said: “I feel like I am flying. Marriage is like the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Wow, I feel some kind of magic, some kind of power, I feel invincible, you know in superhero movies, that moment when the suit comes on, I feel like marriage has done that to me. I feel like I’ve grown up now, finally, I am a man. I feel grounded, I feel secure. I’m really loving it, it’s been only 10 or 15 days. it’s so nice, it’s so lovely. I would highly recommend it.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer is gearing up for the release of Rohit Shetty’s Simmba featuring Sara Ali Khan on December 28. Following which DeepVeer will go for their honeymoon. In 2019, Ranveer’s Gully Boy opposite Alia Bhatt is set to release while his next movie Takht which will be directed by Karan Johar will go on the floor. On the other hand, Deepika will begin shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s next in March 2019.
