As we wait for the final season of Game of Thrones to hit our TV screens in April 2019, the makers released a teaser trailer for the upcoming season; and what the audience can expect.
From the teaser, it can be perceived that there is an upcoming battle between the Lannisters against the Starks and the Targaryens. Although there were no footage’s from the upcoming season, but illustrations tend to say a million things as well and that is exactly what happened after watching this teaser.
From the teaser, we can predict just how dire things will be for the Seven Kingdoms in the final six episodes, as the entirety of Westeros is engulfed in fire and ice. Winter is officially here.

The teaser begins with ice engulfing a statute of a direwolf, the sigil of House Stark. The ice then moves ahead and freezes over a dragon statue, the sigil of House Targaryen. Next, the frame shifts perspectives as we see big flames engulf a lion statue, the sigil of House Lannister.
The season finale for the last season left us all on our feet and we certainly cannot wait for the final season to air.
Game of Thrones, which has won multiple Emmy awards, is HBO’s biggest hit ever with some 30 million viewers in the United States and an army of devoted fans worldwide.
The series is based on novels by George RR Martin in a series called A Song of Ice and Fire.
