In another shocking incident, a man allegedly harassed girls when he openly started masturbating on a road in Johar Town, Lahore.
A video that went viral on social media shows a bike rider, wearing a helmet who stopped near two girls – waiting for their private cab and started masturbating on the road.

Sharing the details of the incident, the person who uploaded the video wrote: “So this is what actually happened to me and my friend in public. I and my friend was waiting for uber and all of a sudden this guy appeared and started masturbating in public in Johar Town near total pump LDA Office Lahore. Date: 28-11-2018, Time: 2:30pm. Is this kind of public harassment fine??”
The post further stated, “Koi in ko na parkrne wala na rokne wala? Kia larki ki galti yeh hoti k wo bhr nikalti? Or koi b dekh kr nazroon se zina krta phirey hamara? I hope yeh banda jald pakra jaye. (Is there no one to nab them or stop them? Is stepping outside the mere fault of a girl? Its okay for any random person to commit Zina in front of us? I hope they arrest this man soon.) This kind of public harassment is not acceptable in our society and in our religion as well.. so pls share this video and make it viral.”
