ISLAMABAD: The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims was observed here on Sunday with an aim to respond to the needs of victims of road accidents inappropriate and improved ways.
This year’s slogan for the day was “Roads have Stories”, a topic that intended to highlight that roads are not a mere connection between destinations but a site where many people have lost their lives.
The day has become an important tool in global efforts to reduce road casualties.
