SUKKUR: At least two people died and more than two dozen, including women and children, were injured when a passenger coach overturned in Sukkur on Tuesday.
The fatal incident happened near Babarloi Bypass in Sukkur when a passenger coach coming from Rahim Yar Khan turned turtle due to speeding.
Two passengers died on the spot while 25 passengers, including women and children, were injured.
Dead bodies and injured passengers were shifted to different hospitals in Sukkur and Khairpur.
Separately, an Edhi ambulance also met with an accident during a rescue operation in which the driver was seriously injured.
Following the registration of the case, police have started investigating the incident.
