Fawad Chaudhry wishes to pilot ‘spaceship’ himself, says Marriyum

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb on Tuesday lashed out at Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry over his recents remarks, saying the minister wants to pilot the spaceship in which he wishes to send politicians to space.

She also inquired how many billions had been deposited in the national exchequer by selling buffaloes.

She was talking to media outside an accountability court in Islamabad.

Responding to the minister’s statement about sending disruptive politicians to space, Marriyum said that the government had utterly failed to fulfill its promises.

“Whether he flees abroad or goes on space voyage, he [Fawad] has to answer every question [posed by opposition],” she said.

“Fawad Chaudhry is helpless. The Pakistani public will not let him leave for space without giving the five million houses and 10 million jobs that have been promised by the PTI government.”

“Fawad Chaudhry should not talk about going into space. Instead, he should focus on completing the government’s 100-day plan,” she added.

“100 days are coming to an end and the government has dropped an inflation bomb,” she asserted.
