A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “During court hearing of a case related to transgender persons, CJP Nisar announced to give jobs to two transgender persons inside SC. Some people support this decision while others do not. Do you support or oppose it?”

The study was released by Gilani Research Foundation and carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International. The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 1,558 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, September 17 – September 24, 2018. The error margin is estimated to be approximately ± 2-3 per cent at 95 per cent confidence level.
